As a continuation from our previous conversation, we talk with Khalil to build onto our marketing foundation and create a growth plan. In this episode, we go over the main steps to building a strong growth plan that will move your company forward with a purpose and a sense of direction. “If you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll wind up somewhere else.”

Step 1 - Determine your priorities. Know what you are good at and craft a growth plan that focuses on your strengths as a business.

Step 2 -  Create Sales Goals. Motivate yourself and your employees by creating an annual sales goal that will push your company, but is still feasible to achieve. Create quarterly goals that have attainable steps to ensure quick wins.

Step 3 - Track the metrics that matter. One metric that may matter to your company is your sales funnel. For example, if you get 25 leads for every 50 prospects, that is a metric that you can track and target for improvement. Metrics provide data that helps us plan our decisions.
