Can I connect with other members of my mastermind group individually?
Every group will have the ability to contact each other individually within or outside the group. Our goal is to create a community of likeminded people in the same place at the same time, so if additional networking comes out of that, we would be thrilled!
How often do Mastermind Groups meet?
All groups will meet once a month online via Zoom.
What’s the format of a Mastermind group meeting?
Several days before the meeting, we’ll send each group member an agenda for the meeting. Topics will be based on: past meetings, group members’ questions/experiences, current industry trends, and much more.
Does a Mastermind Group always meet remotely, or will there be in-person opportunities?
Mastermind groups will primarily meet remotely through Zoom. In the future, we do hope to facilitate in-person events and meetings.
What can I expect to learn from a Mastermind group?
A mastermind group - at its heart - exists to foster an environment of growth, but the exact direction of the growth is up to group members. If you’re struggling with something in your shop, bring it up at a meeting and see what your peers have done.
